Recording failed. Try again

Hi, everyone!

I've intsalled ST12. Everything works fine, but when I start recording, I got a message "Record failed. Try again. Contact administrator". I have not find anything interesting in jibri and jobri-web.

Where could I find a problrm or how could I solve one?

The most likely problem is that the virtual sound drivers are not installed. The Jibri logs is where to start.

Did you follow - https://help.hcltechsw.com/sametime/12/admin/configure_virtual_devices.html ?

Where should I see the recoerds? In "My records" no records yet.

Thank you for advice, but I don't know how to check it. In what log sholud I search the problem?

Have some other problems:

- when I use integrated sametime client HCL Notes 12.0.1 I don't see if an author of message in Inbox or a person in Address Book is online. It was very useful.

- name of sametime server was changed. The certificate for new name is different. Collegue, who use old name in sametime client - connected good. When somebody use old name for open web interface, get certificate problem. How could I make in internal nginx section with old name with own certificate for redirect to new domain?
