Recommended settings for inbound/outbound internet emails?

We’re having some issues with the content of the emails being received and delivered from/to internet addresses.- some inbound emails which have links are broken/truncated

  • outbound emails are badly formatted (font-size mis-match, empty tables)

Can someone give me the recommended settings for both inbound and outbound emails?

I would say…

  • Keep in senders format in person document

  • MIME in location of the Clients.

And how it’s all your advanced settings in the MIME tab? I think UTF-8 and not using International Settings should work well unless you have some problem or particular requirement.

Truncated or broken content is likely that.

If you have an antispam or SMTP proxy check that too. Those rip apart the email to analyze it and some don’t get well with Domino when join in it.
