Hi community,
some of our users cannot see the recipient address in the 'To'-field if they reply to a mail. The field seems to be blank. If they click on 'View -> BCC' (in german: 'Anzeigen -> BCC'), the address in the 'To'-field is suddenly visible.
This behaviour is not bound to a user's mailbox but only to a client (it occurs on a users pc and if the user uses a notes client an another pc the problem does not occur).
Configuration: Notes 11.0.1 FP4 german, german mail template (22.07.2020), domino 11.0.1 FP5
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Looks like the issue is with UI. Can you check by upgrading one of the Notes Client to 12.0.1 and see whether it fixes.

I agree that is is an issue with the UI. Of course I can update a single client and see if the issue persists. But at the moment upgrading all our clients is no option. So this is not really helpful.
As the issue occurs only on some clients (5 of 4.000) I think there are some settings or something like this that will prevent the occurrence of the issue.
Maybe other ideas?

We have the same issue on a few Notes 12.0.1 FP1 clients with English 12.0 template.
I am not sure when the issue first occured, but it is fairly recent.
Clients are running on Danish Windows 10.
I did a "Replace design" on the affected users mail db and it fixed the issue after a restart of Notes.
