When I open my WEbadmin.nsf and the people view in my dd I dont see the add button, also if I expand the tools view on the right hand side, i see the register person and that works great. Unfortunatley I cannot find the way to recertify someone…help.

Unfortunately the only way to re-certify Users is via the W32 Admin Client.
