Some contacts keep re-appearing in my recent contacts view, even though I have set my preferences to Do Not Add any names to Recent Contacts. Some of them are for email addresses I don’t know and have never used.
I have searched All Documents and cannot find any emails with the email address listed
I have tried deleting the contacts but leaving them in trash. I’ve tried deleting them and emptying the trash.
I have followed the instructions in this thread http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf/5f27803bba85d8e285256bf10054620d/973dfda5c59f9b37852577a1005be54a?OpenDocument and deleted the folder containing the DIP files, and also the entry from the Roaming User Data .nsf, but they still return.
Anyone else experiencing this or having the same issue? I want to roll out 8.5.2 across my company but can’t if this is going to happen to others.
Client - 8.5.2
OS - Windows 7
Template - currently using eProductivity mail template but the same issue occurs with the default 8.5.2 template.
