"Recent Administrator Settings" POP UP

Where does Notes client messagebox “Recent Administrator settings have successfully been applied” originate from?------

Dev A.R: "Everytime adminp runs on the Domino server, the calendar profile of the users mailfiles gets updated with three fields derived from the policy set up on the server. These fields ($FL_2, $FL_3, $MPUP_N) gets deleted from the $CalendarProfile when the user opens their mailfile.

The message “recent administrator settings have successfully been applied” is derived from the Subform CalRule2 of the mail template.

This form is called by the MailPolicy agent also within the mail

template.

This message is not expecting any end users to perform any action - but rather allowing some time for the Client to process the policy that has been applied to the users mailfile.

A way to disable the message is you may comment out the following line in the MailPolicy agent Declarations value - although this is not recommended it will disable the dialog box from opening up for users–> Call WrkSpace.DialogBox(“(CalRule2)”, True, True, True, True , , ,

“Mail Preferences”, dlgnote,True,False,True)

The MailPolicy agent is started via a NotesAgent.Run call in the

Initialization script of the database. "
