HiWe receive emails from another domino/notes server which has nothing to do with us. One of the users must be encrypting their mail when they send it to us. When we receive the mails we see this added to the end of the emails and cannot open the attachments he sends.

Please advise what I need him to send me to get round this problem and how does he do it his end. Do we need to import his private key? Am confused.
