Hi,when we send mail to says 4 person, in the mail server will have 5 copies. one in the sender’s mail nsf & 4 in each receipients’ mail nsf correspondly, right? i was told there r a fuction where when we send mail, one copy of this mail (document) is stored in some database. When the receipients open it they actually reading this only copy thru a link that is transparent to them. Is there such a function in Notes? How to set up to use it?
