My problem :
My userA is reader on a database, no right to edit public docs.
When I allow document locking on my database properties userA cannot lock document by double clicking in it. (which is normal because a reader should not be able to lock a document just by double clicking in it)
When I disallow document locking in my database properties, the test userA can lock any documents by double clicking in it.
UserA don’t have option (right click>lock…) but when he double click in a document and another user try to acces the same document this other user get the message "doc is locked by userA…)
I would like to know wether it is normal and if some one experienced this problem (reader can lok docs)
Tried with client 6.5.2 and server 7.0.2
then client 7.0.2 server 8.0
=> same problem…
