We have a issue reported by user where whenever she opens any mail in archive sent items it triggers a new mail to inbox.
We have tried all below but still problem there

Design replace and refresh

Created new copy

Created new replica

Created new nsf and copied all mails

Changed all mail to read and then to unread

Removed all server entries from ACL with only user and admin access still no joy

Changed location document , renamed bookmark, deleted cache,used different workstation still no joy

Ran local maintenance on mail file with no luck
User does not have any problem with new mails copied to archive but only problem with old 400 mails
Would be great if someone can shed some light on this
