R6 email/calendar print issue

I was wondering if anyone out there has a workaround to this issue. My issue is that we have admin asst. that print hard copies to their bosses and the issue that they are telling us is that when they print out the emails w/history, Notes prints out the whole list of people in the to and CC fields. This is causing the admins to print out at least 4 pages of unwanted page prints of user’s names that are in the to and cc fields.

Is there anything that can be done??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Michael,

In ND 6 you can abbreviate only the most recent To: and CC: list to 4 names by de-selecting the File–Print–Page setup option, “Expand names field contents”. You can also set the default in User Preferences–Basics. I do not know of a way, though, to abbreviate the names in the memo’s history. Perhaps you could export the memo as RTF, open and edit in Word.
