R6-debugging of private views/folders is even a bad bug

Dear all,

the accessing on private folders, programmed under Release 5 does not work anymore under Release 6. For this I found some postings in this forum.

While I was searching for this problems solution I encountered on the following Postings:

From this it results that a planned improvement prevents the upward-compatibility under Notes6.

Still more badly: There is no well-known workaround to save the concerned functions of earlier data bases in Notes6.

I would be pleased, if someone would publish a method to force Notes6 a private folder not to only create but also use.

I’ve found a method to find the private folder. But it’s only useful once.

The second time I try to access the private folder, the REDBOX appears.
