Quickpic Bug on 2nd Monitor

When I click on the Quickpick icon in the lower right corner of Notes with my Lotus Notes on monitor 1, everything works, no problem. If I drag the Notes Client onto my second monitor, however, then click on the QuickPicks button, the pop-up still appears on monitor 1 and is the full width of the screen, instead of just being a small pop-up window right over the QuickPicks button.

Has this bug already been logged?
