1, If I buy Lotus Notes Client, do I have to buy CAL beside the price list on Lotus website which is as followed. That price is only software price or CAL is already included.

You have 3 methods you can choose from when purchasing Lotus Notes and Domino. Please see this document for full details:

2, Do I have to buy CAL every year or just once?

You need to purchase licenses to be under maintenance. Maintenance provides you support, and the ability to upgrade software to newer versions.

3, What is the price for Lotus Notes Administrator?

There is no specific charge for Administrator, it is not a product like Domino Designer is.
