When i receive a mail in my database from application GLPI i don’t know if you know it the mail is not at format unicode - (UTF-08)
I change the value in my preferences , in
File - Preferences - User Preferences - Mail - Internet
Multilingual Internet mail
The option is set change to Best Match, Unicode[UTF-8],
I change also in configuration document, Mime, Advanced ? ADvANCED IN BOUND MESSAGES options , For non-mime messages to “UTF-8”.
But the problem appears…
Can you help me .
