I’m testing encryption. I have a very simple form, with a encrypted field, and the field PublicEncryptionKeys.
On PublicEncryptionKeys i have user1:user2.
Now, if user1 tries to save, it says:
user2 not found in Name & Address Book or any Domino Directory. Choose OK to skip; Cancel to stop.
If user1 tries to save, it says the opposite!
user1 not found in Name & Address Book or any Domino Directory. Choose OK to skip; Cancel to stop.
Any idea?

Do you provide the user names in canonical or abbreviated format? That’s what you should do. Just a guess.

canonical format.

Sounds like a directory lookup issue… do both users have the same servers designated in their location documents? Does either user have a possibly misplaced entry in their local address book?
