Public / central calendar

Hi everyone,

I was wondering whether there was a central calendar in Lotus Notes. I do know that you can give others access to your calendar. However, I’m looking for a central calendar accessible to everyone. That way it would be possible to have one calendar where everyone can look up company-wide events.

Is there something like that already?

Sounds as though you want a mail file without the mail functionality…

Set the ACL to let everybody read it and add it to the users welcome/homepage page.
