Pst to nsf problem with subfolders

Hello,

I have to migrate many pst files to nsf.

From Exchange 2010 i have created the PST files, I open them with Outlook 2010 and I’m using the nupgrade 3 from migration tolos on Lotus Notes 9.0

NSF file is created with all the documnets however is not correct as no subfolders are created.

In the PST i can see many of folders and subfolders, but in the NSF I can only see the root folder with all documents inside, no subfolder are created.

Has anyone solve this problema? There is any other free tool to migrate from pst to nsf?

I don’t understand if was fixed why is still the issue?

I’m using Lotus Notes 9.0 so apparently is fixed the problem but still there.

I have also used Lotus Notes 8.5.3 just in case and have the same problem.

If the issue persists after upgrade, I strongly encourage you to open a PMR with IBM Support to further investigate.

There is a know issue reported on APAR LO53172:

LO53172: ALL FOLDERS NOT MIGRATED WHEN USING NUPGRADE UTILITY

On internal documents it is reported that the issue was fixed on version 8.5.3
