Prometheus and Chunks folder

Hello everyone,

What keeps happening is that "chunks" of the directory in /tmp/prometheus/data are getting lost.
After a restart Sametime 12.0.1 server Prometheus container does not start. Deleting the directories without the "Chunks" folder helps, but we want to keep the data for e.g. one year.

Has anyone solved a similar problem?

I don't know the answer to your question but I did find this page that has some configuration options and best practices for storing this type of data.
