Project got crashed after upgrading to service pack 4 from service pack 3 of visualizer

I just updated my visualizer enterprise edition from service pack 3 to service pack 4 and upgraded my projects, after upgrading some of the projects got crashed and visualizer freezes on project loading screen. Is there any way out to delete cache or log files of the project upgrade?
