I have a profile document that contains an encrypted field. The field is encrypted with the public key of the user ID. If the user tries to access this field via a view action I cant get it to work if I use the formula language:

I just get an empty string back.
If I on the other hand use Lotus Script like this:

Set profile = db.GetProfileDocument("outgoingSMTPProfile", "CN=User/OU=Staff/O=Company")

It works nicely. Is this a correct behaviour? It would be nice to be able to use the formula language to get encrypted data also.
