I have the following situation… i have upgraded from 6.01 cf1 to 6.5.1 (spanish language pakck) when i try open a voice mail in the notes client…appears the message,
“Unable to locate form TelNTvoice”
after 3 or 4 times, i can open the message…
some idea? thanks in advanced
Subject: Problems with voice mail in 6.5.1
We are getting the same message. We use the Mitel Unified Messaging server for our voice mail and have our messages forwarded to e-mail accounts.
I would suggest adjusting the mail template you are using to include a form by that name (copy the memo form for a simple resolution).
We use Domino 8.0.1 with Notes 7.0.2 clients.
