Problems with Sametime Meeting create from Notes/calendar

Case: have set up a R8.0.2 environment with DWA8/Notes8 mail/apps, Sametime and Quickr 8.1. Got almost all Sametime integrations to work (stable), in Notes, DWA8 and Quickr.

But there are some issues with Sametime meeting creations from Notes Calendar->Resources DB/Sametime Mailing database>STConf.nsf. The first is identical regardless of using DWA8 or Notes (8.0.2).

Create Sametime meeting from calendar sites/resources doc in Resources. Mail arrives in the Sametime mailin DB, Sametime url w/Servlet/App/UNID looks correct (in stcs.nsf). But mail gets stuck … “unprocessed”.

Actually had it working for a short while but making too many changes too fast guess tipped things overboard. I have one doc (processed) in stsc that also made it to STConf (and worked).

Tried signing both resources/reservations and mailin db with server ID thinking there could be an agent issue?

I was also wondering about the mailin document, now pointing at Stsc db, should it be pointing at resource database and not stcs.nsf.nsf?

Don’t know if the whole thing is a bit flaky or it was me missing a point. Created a new Mailin database, Corrected missing permission for home mail server on the sametime server, and it seems to work.

If this works correctly then the constellation resources/stcs/mailin > stconf seems to create the Meeting UNID ca 10 minutes prior to meeting time.
