Problems with Latest Android Release of Traveler

My shop uses IBM Lotus Notes for email and Air Watch for MDM. On the Android platform we use IBM Lotus Traveler as the email client.

The latest release for Android (9.0.1.3) will not install on Android, whether we try using Air Watch or just straight up. When we get to the point of entering our server ULR, email address, and password, we receive the following error message:

Oddly enough, if someone UPGRADES an installation from a previous Android version, there is no problems at all. This is only happening on new installs.

To me the big difference is that there is a question before initial installation asking whether you are using the IBM Cloud or your company’s server.

I do not believe anything has changed in our web or server environment.
