I have a strange problem using the standard search of Lotus Notes/Domino.
The database is accessed with browsers (mainly IE) and contains a lot of documents.
When I try to search for a document using a number, which is in the document, I only get the message “No documents found”. Trying another number, the search is successfull, either when I try to search this way “3392*” I get results, but this document (and others) are not included in the resultset, although they match the search criteria.
E.g. search is “3392*”.
I get a lot of documents beginning with that number, but in the same column is a number 3392554, which is not shown in the results, but is definitively in the view.
The database has a FTI and I refreshed and rebuild it. The column containing this number is sorted.
What is interesting is, that if I search the same view using another keyword, e.g. the name of the document, the result contains this special document.
Has someone an idea what can be wrong?
