Problems previewing PDF files in Connection

Hello,

Some user have problems with the preview of PDF files. Please see attached screen shot:

The problem occurs only on some computers and with Chrome or Edge, not Firefox.

Connections 6.5 IF1

Has any of you ever seen before such a problem?

Solution found: Disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" in Edge and Chrome 🙂
