Hi, is anyone having duplicate widget name issues in 9.5.21?

Yes, I had the same issue and support had me roll back to 9.5.18 which was the version I was using before I updated Iris.
Eu precisei voltar para a versão 9.5.20, só que ganhei outro problema, agora não consigo mais me conectar ao servidor Foundry que tenho em minha máquina(localHost) para desenvolvimento.
Já tente o ip, localhost, 127.0.0.1 e nada. Na 9.5.21 funcionava perfeitamente pelo ip da máquina
I haven't seen this issue before because our Foundry server is on a dedicated VM. I've never had a connection issue with Foundry.

Can you tell me when you see this error? Does a certain action create the error, or do you see it in the console as soon as you open the project in 9.5.21?
