We have several groups in our Domino Directory which have only external internet addresses. Emails sent out using these groups sometimes get received OK, but other times they are not received (we have a test Yahoo address in each group so we can check for delivery and the user checks with a few of the people to whom she sent the email). Some of the groups have over 100 addresses and some have less than 20. After finding out that emails were not received, our user has copied all the addresses in the group and pasted them into a new memo and the emails were received by the persons with whom she checked. Our SMTP logs look exactly the same whether she used the group name or the individual entries - showing one line per address that message was transferred. The addresses are always put into the bcc: field.
I don’t know what more to look at to be able to fix this problem. If anyone can give me some ideas, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.
