Problem with NotesSQL 8.5.1

Hello,

I run Crystal Reports Server Version 2008 V1 and use IBM NotesSQL 8.5.1 Driver to connect to Lotus Notes/Domino databases.

Execution of Report manually works fine.

But scheduling the same report creates following error message:

Cannot locate the ID file C:\Benutzer\Crystalcms\AppData\Local\Lotus\Notes\Data\hreportcenter.id listed in the KeyFilename entry in the NOTES.INI (located at C:\Users\Crystalcms\AppData\Local\Lotus\Notes\Data\notes.ini). Please verify the ID listed in KeyFilename is correct before continuing.

Any idea to solve this problem?

Our environment:

NotesSQL ist 8.5.1

Lotus Notes Release 8.5.2

Revision 20100805.0821 (Release 8.5.2)

Standard Configuration

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard with SP1

Subject: Could be the password

I’ve not used NotesSQL but do you have a password on the ID file you’re using? If you do, remove it that way you won’t be prompted for a password and you can run the job with no user interaction.

Also, check the path of the ID file as it should match the path in the notes.ini file under KeyFilename. Put it in the root of C:\ for testing and change the notes.ini acordingly.
