Problem with @NameLookup formula

Hi

I am facing a problem with the following formula in a notes application. we use the following formula to check whether the user is available across all the public address books.

@NameLookup ( [EXHAUSTIVE] …)

The abovementioned formula is working for all except one user. Any idea …what could be the reason ?.

Hi,did you check if he has all addressbooks setup under “User Preferences” - “Mail”?
