Hello All,
I am doing a simple Name Change in the Admin client and I am using my Admin.ID to perform this change…everything looks good as a screen comes up saying processed 1 Success 1.
But then I drop to my Server Console and run tell adminp process all.
And I get this error:

Rename in Domino Directory request on User Name/Exc/Energy (File name: names.nsf): The
name of the authority issuing the Name Change Request is not allowed to make that request.
Before you say ACL on the names.nsf Admin does have full rights on the names.nsf. Any other ideas?
Subject: Don’t tell adminp process all
Just something that you might not know… You really ought to avoid telling adminp to process all.
If you tell adminp to process all, it’ll also do the daily maintenance stuff that normally runs at 1am to avoid hogging up all your server’s resources. If you’ve got something that needs to be done immediately, you ought to tell adminp process new instead.

Make sure you are listed in the server doc, security tab, where needed.

I had the same problem once. make sure you are using the correcrt certifier ID and that it is properly certified.
