Problem with Lotus traveller 8.5.1

Hello,

I got this error message during initialization of TravelerServlet:

HTTP JVM: com.lotus.sync.servlet.TravelerServlet: init

HTTP JVM: Exception caught while trying to access NTS server settings during refresh. Server data was not refreshed. Exception Thrown: java.lang.NullPointerException

HTTP JVM: java.lang.NullPointerException

HTTP JVM: at com.lotus.sync.admin.NTSSettingsINI.refreshSettings(NTSSettingsINI.java:773)

HTTP JVM: at com.lotus.sync.admin.NTSSettingsINI.alarmCallback(NTSSettingsINI.java:1203)

HTTP JVM: at com.lotus.sync.admin.NTSSettingsINI.initialize(NTSSettingsINI.java:238)

HTTP JVM: at com.lotus.sync.servlet.TravelerServlet.init(TravelerServlet.java:384)

Does any know what is all about?

Generally you will see something like this if Traveler can not find the server document. Check these notes.ini settings to be sure they are correct:

ServerName=

Domain=

If those are correct then I recommend opening a problem report with Lotus support to better troubleshoot.
