Follow up flag removes lot of information from the message including sender and receiver . Only happend with on particular users for e-mail coming over the internet . Can any body tell me why or where to look for soluation ?

Have not seen this problem during our testing. Can you tell us something specific to those users that might allow us to reproduce the problem? Also, please check Document Properties and see if there is an item called $HideMailHeader. (Is present on some MIME messages.) This would hide all of the header, including Sender info, as you describe.
