I am experiencing problems with my notes email signature…whenever I send emails to people who are not using notes, my signature becomes “de-formatted” and messed up…it looks really unprofessional and can make emails confusing to read. For example, if I send an email to a hotmail account the signature does not work…anyone know why this is? how can I fix it?

Hi,U can use the rich text signature in R-8.5.1 onwards instead of a html file. Upgrade the design of the database to the mail85.ntf.

I upgraded our Mail server to 8.5.2 last night(including Traveler and added the Android beta to it)
This morning I got several mails about the Signature problem.
Something “happened” when the mail files was upgraded.
People didn’t get their signatures when they created new mails.
So something happened, and it will be a HUGE problem for large installations.
What I found so far.
If you are using 8.5.2 you can use the HTML file option.
If you are using 8.5.1 that doesn’t work for sending mail outside (internet), and instead they need to use the Rich Text option.
