Problem with email attachments in domino

Hello.

When trying to attach a document to send via Domino web access i get an error message “Unable to upload file xxxxx.extension”. The file attachment fails. On Lotus Notes Client, I am not getting an error message BUT the attachment is still not delivered.

Do help.
