Hi all
Facing a problem with adding an invitation to a calendar in Verse 3.2.4.
For example, try to create an external invitation via Google. If you try to add .ics to the calendar, you will see an error:
There may be an error with other meetings:
But there is an Accept meeting, then it is successfully added to the calendar.
If we forward the invitation and try to add .ics, we see the error too
Can you please help me, what can this problem be related to?

Based on the screenshots you shared, it appears that you are listed as an attendee of the meeting. In this case, the invitation is intended to be processed using the Accept, Decline, or Tentative options. This ensures the organizer is notified of your response and that your calendar remains in sync with any updates or cancellations. Importing the meeting instead will bypass these functions.

Why is it not possible to import an meeting into the calendar? Under what conditions does the import work?
In the last screenshot, We tried to send an invitation to another user and he is also unable to do the import.

Can you provide a copy of the ics file you are trying to import into Verse?
“Invite Others” is the correct way of adding users to a meeting. However, this option is only available in Notes, and currently for enhancement request in HCL Verse. You can vote this up here:
Importing .ICS files are usually done for migrated calendar entries, adding broadcast events, or public calendars.
