Problem trying to attach a file through a network shortcut

Hi, I’m having problems to attach a file that is located in a network folder. When I click on “Create Attachment” icon, I try to access that folder through a shortcut that I have in my desktop, but when I double click it I get attached the .lnk file and I cannot browse the folder.

Does anybody know how can i solve it ??

Yeah. I’ve had that same problem since moving to 6.5. Sorry I can’t post a solution. I’ve taken to drilling thru the directory structure.

Hopefully someone else will have an answer.

If not, maybe you’ll feel comforted to know you’re not alone.
