I have a number of people in the domain Nab which are there for mailing purposes only. i.e. they just have an internet email address.
This works fine from the client the problem is with iNotes. Depending on how the you enter the recipients name you either get the valid internet address or an internet address based on the Notes domain.
If you just type “my yahoo” into the to field the email arrives looking like this:
To: “my yahoo” my_yahoo.NOTEDOMAIN@NOTESDOMAIN.com
If you choose the name using the address lookup window and select the user form the list the email arrives looking like this:
I have the global domain document set up to not include Notes Domains. The internet address field and forwarding address field in the person document include slmorgan42@yahoo.com and I have tried using Other mail system and Other internet mail system.
Any suggestions please.
