I have a problem with all users. If they do a search on his mail databases they want to sort by name, date, etc, but if the databases have a index the sort disapear on the colums, if the database dont have any index, then you can do the sort on the same colums.
How can i solve this problem? because all users have an index on his databases.
That is an option users can easily change. By default, the full-text search returns hits sorted by relevancy (that is a great feature, don’t you think?). Have them show the search bar, show MORE options, click SORT RESULTS BY, and choose KEEP CURRENT ORDER (SORTABLE).
