Problem in Lotus Notes 8.5.1 basic with users mailbox

When trying to open a user’s mailbox for a number of users with 8.5.1 basic - periodically hangs client lotus. In the Task Manager process notes.exe during hang takes 90-95% CPU time.

If I try go to this problem mailbox through “all documents” view - the box is opened normally, but when I try switching to the “Inbox” - hangs again.

Then I try open this mailbox from another lotus client (7.0.3, 8.5.1 standart) - “inbox” folder opening normally.

I run fixup, compact, updall on problem mailbox - no result…

The problem in about 10 users out of 300.

Configuration all 300 users standart:

Mail template 8.5.1

Clients upgraded from 7.0.3 to 8.5.1 basic using smart upgrade.

Windows XP Prof.

try and replicate the mailfile locally and see if it works better.

Always run your mail localy even if you are using a stationary computer. it will give users and server a less hard time.
