Problem in getting free time of a colleauge

Hi All, I have this very weired problem. I am trying to schedule a meeting with two of my colleauge and for one guy, I am unable to see his free time, when after entring his name in ‘Required’ field and then hitting Scheduler’s ‘Check to see invitee, Room and Resources availability’ link/button. but for other i can see his free time.

But also one more thing other colleauge can see free time of both of the above one.

Can someone pls help me.

Subject: Problem in getting free time of a colleauge

see if there is a contact in your persoanl address book for said user. If so, delete it and then try your freetime search again.

sure I will try it. but the other guy has his name in his address book nad he can see the free time of that person, not me. I also have his name in my address book.

I am really don’t understand what is going on.
