Some of our customers can´t download or start file attachments using the inotes mail access.
The issue does only appear when using the Internet Explorer; Firefox users can download or start the file attachments without problem.
The server log displays the following message:
31.07.2008 14:12:41 Item Not Found Exception [/mail/kmarek.nsf/0/E759B086974A2813C12574960045C2A6/$File/?OpenElement&1217506360&FileName=Muster%20Informationsdatenbank%203.xls]
Any help would be appreciated.
