Problem - Blank Inbox

An office I am supporting has just pushed out an upgrade to Notes 6.5.

Since that upgrade, I have one user who, when she opens up her Inbox from the workspace, the tab opens, and she has the normal Mail menu in the left-hand frame, but the right-hand frame just blank gray-space where the list of emails should be. All configurations and settings appear to be correct, and I have tried forcing an upgrade of the folder design with no luch. Has anyone else encountered this before?

I would try a design refresh on her whole mail database.

Normally you see two tabs.

The other similar thing I’ve seen is it opens in a notes calendar when they opened their e-mail because they were using an out of date ID file.
