Problem adding digital Signature

This may sound stupid but I got trouble when i’m trying to enable a digital signature in tool-preferences I can add the signature but when I click apply de lotus notes clients show me a messages that says: “Unable to interprate Time and Date”

Can somebody tell me what can I configure to add the signature could it be because of the version ??'.

It is probably a time date field that is not being displayed in your profile (Tools Preferences). Try the Calendar & To Do, Scheduling tab, and tick ALL the days to see whether any days have illegally formatted times in them.

Thanks for the quick answer Peter, I get in Tools-Preferences-Calendar-To Do and the only option that appears is "Alway show current To do’s on today calendar"I can tick the option but anyway when I click apply it gives me the same error “Unable to interprate Time and Date”, could it be the version, I have 6.5.4 version

Dear Paula, this was a missunderstood.Please open Tools-Preferences-Calendar&ToDo and switch to Tab “Scheduling”. Check here your settings, there should be a wrong entry.

OK, thanks, in the tab Tools - preferences - calendar - to do I don´t have any options I whish I could send you a print screen of the menu because the only option I have under tools - preferencies - calendar - to do is a check box with “Always show current to do’s on todays calendar” that’s the only option.

Maybe you could send me your email, that way I could send you a print screen of the tab to do.

Look on the Scheduling tab, and NOT on the To Do tab…you should see all the days of the week listed, and times next to some of them. If you don’t see them on the Scheduling tab, check on every tab and every sub-tab. It may be hidden, but I doubt it.

Hi, Peter, you must thing I’m stupid, but no, I think that the problem is with the template or something, I have the 6.5.4 version and in Preferences I only have the option “Calendar” and inside that tab y have only the next option “Basics, Free Time, Alarms, Display, Autoprocess, To Do”, that’s all I don’t count with the option Scheduling inside Calendar so I will try to change my clients to the version 7.

Anyway thanks for your help, maybe you could tell me how to improve my preferences template

Hi Paula.No, I don’t think you’re stupid, but I do think you’ve got an older mail template than what shipped with 6.5.4.

If you go into database properties, and click on the ‘Design’ tab (the fourth one), what master template are you inheriting from, and does it have a version number?

Thanks for the help, the problem was that I have an old template so I could not see the scheduling tab. But I update the template and fix the problem.
