My users make extensive use of the Saved Search facility. Thats fine but in order to create a Saved Search you need to have the ability to create private agents.
One of the users created his own private agent and ran it adding ‘Fred’ into the comment field of a large number of documents thus confusing most of the other users who wondered since when had ‘Fred’ been a medical term ( he only meant to mark for future investigation).
So ideally we would like to allow people to save a search BUT prevent them from creating agents & running them. Anyone got any bright ideas about how to do that?
