So far there have been three users having the same problem when it comes to printing out an email. Sometimes when they print out an email the calendar prints out instead. Has anyone seen this issue?

If you’re using the Eclipse-based client, it is very easy for a client’s focus to be on the calendar by clicking in the sidebar. Then, when you print, a calendar page prints instead of whatever document is open.
