We have a request outstanding to change the way the calendar print to make it like ‘outlook’ printing from exchange.
I’ve checked R6 and although there are some improvements, no solution. The problem is when printing the Calendar list we need it to include the description field as well as all the other detail.
I tried OpenNTF, but realised this is a Notes client thing, and not mail template related.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how this small yet important change can be made? I’m guessing I could try Outlook access to a Notes mail file, but that doesn’t get rid of Outlook.
Unable to get a screen print as it’s the printout they they desire. It’s is virtually identical to the Lotus Notes Calendar list print, with one exception. Below the Chair / Location details there is also the description field from the calendar entry.
This shows all the details entered, and a graphic of any attachment in the field as well. As I say the two are identical apart from this one key missing field in Notes
