This is an odd one. If you print or print preview from the main inbox view, it prints/previews as normal.
If you open the email and print/preview it appears as its printing from internet explorer.
I know this as the print preview questions mark button takes you to help on microsofts website. It is also the same layout as internet explorers print preview.
The problem is that it displays a poorly laid out print.
Any ideas?

We have the same issue happening with one of our users. She can reproduce the problem consistently. Did you find out if this a bug? What did you do to resolve it? Any help appreciated.

Hi,I have the same problem too. It happens on those email sent from outside. Internal emails have no problem. For those external emails which have problem, it can be solved by edit and save once.
Can anyone have solution? it is trouble for edit and save every time.
