Printing multiple labels for single contact

I’m having trouble doing something I thought should be quite simple. I simply want to print a sheet of address labels for one contact (e.g. 20 instances of the same contact on one sheet).

I have the following options selected in my print options:

What to print: Selected documents

Copies: 20

How to print each document: Print multiple documents on each page

Begin printing each document: Continuously

When I go to print, it puts one copy of the label on 20 separate pages. How do I get all of the labels on the same page? Thanks.

  1. If you are going to be doing different types of labels and different number sets, you can get a product from Avery that will help you access the Notes database and print labels from there.

  2. If you know you are only going to get one type of label page and can design a form, design one to match the labels and use that when you print by either switching to that form first (View\Switch Form). If you are printing from the view, you can switch the form in the print dialog box. See the dropdown in the graphic below.

Thanks for your response. Can you tell me what product from Avery you were referring to?

It’s strange (not to mention frustrating) that Lotus would include an address label printing feature, but not let you print more than one label per contact.

Subject: Alternative

Using Word label functionality will give all the flexibility you need (also x-labels on one page). You could use Integra for Notes to populate your labels with addresses from any database you would want, without changing anything in those notes databases… (for example from your personal adressbook, the CRM application, the Helpdesksystem, the contact management system, etc)

But, if you google Avery and (Notes or Domino), there are at least three products in the first two pages.
