I am running iNotes on a windows 2000 machine and have configured the server for iNotes access. Everything works fine except that I can’t seem to print the calendar. When I go to print, select my options and choose refresh view nothing happens. Adobe doesn’t load so I can’t print. Has anyone seen this or know a fix for it?
Also I do not have the print action button on the top of the window. The only thing I can think of is a Java or a dns issue. Any thoughts?
I’ve seen this happen before. In my case, the Acrobat plug-in pops up a window that asks whether I want to automatically check for updates on the Web. Somehow, that window got buried and because I didn’t respond to it, the plug-in never loaded and hence, Calendar Print looked like it was broken. I’m running IE6 on a Windows 2000 machine with Adobe Acrobat 5.1. Is this what you ran into?
There’s a server config doc setting under the iNotes Web Access tab that allows an administrator to disable calendar printing. If it’s disabled, then none of the calendar views will display the Print button. Please take a look at what your’s is set to.
